6. Damages, Losses, & Quality Issues

8. Failed Deliveries & Returns
If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or no one to receive, they may attempt redelivery or hold at a pickup center.
If after multiple attempts there is still no successful delivery, order may be returned to us.
In that case, we will contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund, after deducting any return shipping costs (if applicable).
