Cancellations and Refunds

At Gaurajya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our 100% Pure, Natural & Organic A2 Ghee. If for any reason you are not happy, here is how cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds work.


1. Order Cancellation

    • You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

    • To cancel, please contact our customer support at gaurajya2k21@gmail.com or call +91-6360810659 as soon as possible.

    • If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel it; instead, you can return it after delivery per our Returns policy.


2. 10-Day Return or Replacement Policy

We offer a 10-day return or replacement option from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

What qualifies

    • The product is damaged, defective, or not meeting the quality standards we promised (for example, spoilage, leakage, wrong item).

    • The product packaging is compromised in a way that affects the product integrity.

What does not qualify

    • Change of mind (unless the product is unopened and in perfect condition; see below).

    • Misuse of product after delivery.

    • Damage after delivery due to improper handling by the buyer.

    • Products that are partially used, unless there is a clear quality issue.


3. How to Request a Return or Replacement

    1. Please provide:
        • Your order number

        • Photos showing the issue (e.g. damaged packaging, defect)

        • Whether you want a replacement or a refund

    1. Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide instructions for return.


4. Return Shipping

    • If the return is due to a defect or quality issue, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

    • If the return is for any other reason (e.g. change of mind and the product qualifies per above), the buyer may need to bear return shipping costs.


5. Replacement

    • Once we receive the returned product (or if we waive return shipping in cases of damage), we’ll dispatch a replacement as soon as possible.

    • We aim to send replacements within 3-5 business days after approving the return and receiving the product (if return is required).


6. Refunds

    • If you opt for a refund (instead of replacement), we will process it within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if return applies) or after approval of the refund request.

    • Refunds will be made in the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, UPI, etc.).

    • In case of COD orders, refunds will typically be processed via bank transfer or any other online method mutually agreed upon.


7. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted if:

    • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    • The return is made after the 10-day period (if accepted).


8. Time Limit & Exceptions

    • The 10-day period starts from the date you receive the product.

    • After 10 days, we may not accept returns or replacements unless there is a major manufacturing defect or safety issue.

    • For perishable or edible goods, once opened, some issues may be difficult to claim—so please check immediately on delivery.


9. How We Handle Disputes

    • If there is any disagreement, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support first. We believe in fair resolution.

    • We may request additional evidence (photos, videos) to assess the situation.
