Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Gaurajya. Below are our shipping terms so you know what to expect when you place an order.

Disclaimer: We are using Shiprocket as our delivery partner, so for any delay they are answerable.


1. Order Processing Time

    • Once you place your order, we will confirm receipt via email or SMS.

    • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays & national holidays).

    • Processing includes verifying payment, quality-checking the product, and packing it securely for shipment.


2. Shipping Timeline

    • We guarantee delivery within 7 calendar days from the date of dispatch to most addresses in India.

    • For remote areas, islands, or very rural locations, delivery may take 1–2 extra days. We will inform you in advance if your area faces a delay.

    • Minimum 7 to max 10 days delivery timing


3. Shipping Charges

    • Shipping cost will depend on your location, weight/size of the order, and selected courier partner.

    • We aim to make shipping fast & affordable nationally.

    • There may be free shipping on orders above a certain value (if applicable — you can define a minimum cart value for free shipping).


4. Shipment Methods & Partners

    • We use trusted courier partners to deliver your order safely and quickly.

    • Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.


5. Delivery Details

    • Our delivery is door-step delivery.

    • Please ensure the address provided is accurate and reachable.

    • If someone is not available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave a message regarding re-delivery options or pickup points.


6. Damages, Losses, & Quality Issues

    • We take utmost care in packing, but in case your product arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Send photos of the damaged packaging/product, and we will either replace the item or issue a refund.

    • We promise 100% money-back or replacement for valid quality issues.


7. Order Tracking

    • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link / tracking number via email/SMS.

    • You can use this to know the status of your delivery.


8. Failed Deliveries & Returns

    • If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or no one to receive, they may attempt redelivery or hold at a pickup center.

    • If after multiple attempts there is still no successful delivery, order may be returned to us.

    • In that case, we will contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund, after deducting any return shipping costs (if applicable).


9. International Shipping (If Available)

    • At present, we ship within India only. (If you do international shipping, add details here about customs, duties, timelines, etc.)
